Buyers can return new media items (that is, books, CDs, VHS tapes and DVDs) in their original condition if postmarked within 30 days of shipment.
For used media, defects/damage/material difference must be reported within 3 days of receipt and the returned merchandise must be postmarked within 21 days of shipment.
Software is a unique product category and has some specific guidelines. If item is sold in new condition and has been opened, the return can be refused to be accepted, unless it is defective and reported within 3 days of receipt and must be postmarked within 21 days of shipment. If sold as Used/Open and NOT materially different or defective, it must be reported within 3 days of receipt and the returned merchandise must be postmarked within 21 days of shipment. If the item is materially different, it must be reported within 3 days of receipt and the returned merchandise must be postmarked within 21 days of shipment and in it's original condition.
For other items, contact us for a refund and return the product in it's original condition. The product must be postmarked within 21 days of original shipment to buyer.
